Sara’s varied fitness background and “always up for a challenge” mindset helped her discover her love for powerlifting. With an inspiring story of how she overcame thyroid disease, depression, and an eating disorder, she now hold a Behavior Change Specialist certification and is dedicated to helping clients work through physical and emotional barriers to exercise.

Jacob Sternberg

Jake started lifting weights when he was 16. At age 17 he started using weights to help as rehab with his brain injury. Though he doesn’t spend much time focusing on fictional training anymore, what got him started. He now spends most of his time doing high intensity weight training.
