Adaptive Martial Arts

An inclusive karate class for students with physical and intellectual differences to improve focus, confidence, discipline, fitness, and self-defense. Students also practice social skills and have fun.


(Dynamic strength & conditioning) By using weights and dynamic drills to build strength and cardiovascular endurance, this class will test your desire to workout hard. The movements and exercises are advanced- please come early to review the workout.

Hip Hop Cardio

A supercharged fat-burning cardio dance routine that is designed to ignite your weight loss potential while sculpting lean muscle for a total-body tone-up through a unique series of high intensity hip hop-inspired dance moves that will have you blasting away calories out on the dance floor.


Short bouts of high-energy drills combined with longer weight-training drills that will get your heart rate and metabolism up and going.

Martial Arts

Muscle Pump

Each major muscle group is specifically isolated in this class. You will build all-over strength with low-impact exercises providing a great burn to your body. This is also a great class for beginners who wish to learn more about resistance training exercises.


Stretch and build strength through Pilates and Yoga-inspired movements. This class focuses on deep breathing and low impact exercises. Piyo is a great balance to your cardio and strength training fitness regiment. (Mats are provided)


A cycling workout that incorporates hills, flat runs, and speed work on a stationary bike. Be ready to sweat and burn calories like crazy!


A class to build muscular strength and endurance by using a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls and body weight.

STRONG by Zumba

Stop counting the reps and start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move. You will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.


A mixture of high intensity interval training exercises consisting of eight rounds in a specific 20-seconds on, 10-seconds off interval format.

Turbo Kick

An upbeat, choreographed kickboxing class that burns calories and blasts fat, along with energizing music.

Dance and shake it! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. A fun workout that will have you smiling and sweating to pumping music.
