We are excited to offer you a brand new style of exercise at the Brickhouse Gym. We call it Mission: Fitness. It is a dynamic, high energy outdoor bootcamp-style workout that will push your body to the limit and show you how strong you can be. (more)

Brickhouse gym's in-house nutritionist will give you all the guidance necessary to create a healthy lifestyle not only in the way you work out, but also in the way you eat. This program will introduce you to the world of healthy eating, provide a custom meal plan, and offer in depth progress monitoring and motivational sessions to keep you on track. (more)
