Brickhouse Gym offers its members aerobics and spinning programs that are second to none. Our certified instructors lead classes that provide an excellent, fun workout. Brickhouse Gym now has a dedicated spinning room with a beautiful view of Unicorn Lake. We are excited to offer you these spinning classes. Our instructor will guide you through a cardio workout specially designed for a stationary bicycle. You'll burn serious calories to the tune of great music. Athletic-Based Classes
We are excited to offer you these athletic-based classes. Please note that these classes are subject to demand and may change without notice. Aerobics schedule.- CardioKickboxing: This class is for the fitness enthusiast who is looking for a more athletic workout. You will be using punching and kicking techniques along with athletic conditioning.
- Turbokick: This is a different kickboxing class in that it is interval based. It is a non-contact kickboxing program that blends martial arts and aerobics. This class is challenging, yet fun!!!
- Boot Camp: Basic training exercises are combined to give you a mega-workout driving you to your peak performance. This class includes cardio, upper and lower body toning, and abs.
- Sports Conditioning: Basic sports specific movements and calisthenics drills offer challenging options for athletic conditioning, drills, push-ups, and more.
- Interval: Cardio workout mixed in with strength training utilizing hand held weights, tubes, body resistance, etc.
- 20/20/20: 20 minutes of dance aerobics, 20 minutes body conditioning by turbo or other cardio based exercise, 20 minutes sculpting.
- TBC: Total body conditioning using weights, bands, and exercise balls to tone, sculpt, and strengthen.
- Spin: Cardio workout on a specially designed stationary bicycle burning serious calories as an instructor guides you throughh - Great music, FUN!!!!!
- Kickboxing: Using kicking and punching techniques along with athletic conditioning - gloves for the bag are available, but getting your own is recommended - TRY THIS WORKOUT!!!!

Dance Aerobic Classes

Resistance Classes
We are excited to offer you these resistance classes. PumpItUp is the ultimate in body sculpting! This class offers a complete workout designed to increase muscular strength and toning through the use of dumbbells, balls, and resistance tubing. Specialty Classes
We are excited to offer you these specialty classes. Please note that these classes are subject to demand and may change without notice. Aerobics schedule.- Ball Fusion: This class utilizes stability balls to strengthen and condition core muscles. A great challenge for all fitness levels.
- PIYO: This class combines palates and yoga, creating a great way to obtain the benefits of both in one!
Step Classes
We are excited to offer you these step classes. Please note that these classes are subject to demand and may change without notice. Aerobics schedule.- Step: Participants will execute high intensity, low impact movements on and off a step platform with risers. Execution, speed, and travel of movement patterns determine intensity levels.
- Circuit: Participants move between stations involving weight training and aerobic conditioning. This class is a great challenge to both beginner and advanced students!
- Step Combo: Participants will execute high intensity, low impact movements performed on and off a step platform. Execution, speed, and travel of movement patterns determine intensity level. You'll tone and strengthen your body by using dumbbells, resistance tubing, and balls in this class.
